29 CFR 1926.405(g)(1)(iii)(C):Flexible cords and cables were run through doorways, windows, floors, or similar openings. On or about August 09, 2021, in the equipment/storage room, a flexible electrical cord (AWG12 120V, yellow cord) was pinched between a heavy door. Employees were exposed to the hazard of electrical shock.
