OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to fire and explosion hazards from combustible particulate solids: a) Paper scrap and core trimmings baler, the Precision AirConvey enclosureless dust collection system which served machinery which can produce sparks and was not located at least 20 feet (6.1 meters) from any means of egress or area routinely occupied by personnel, was located inside the building, on or about, August 25, 2021. b) Plastic regrind area, the Donaldson DCE Unimaster dust collection system was not equipped with explosion protection and had a dirty-side volume of approximately 70.5 cubic feet, was located inside the building, on or about, August 25, 2021. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
