The employer required the employee[s] to wear N95 filtering facepiece respirators to protect against the SARS-CoV-2 virus while providing care to suspected and confirmed positive COVID-19 residents.

Employees working in Room 40 of the North Hallway of the facility were providing care to a confirmed COVID-19 resident and were not provided with the required site-specific information, such as adequate workplace-specific policies and procedures
