29 CFR 1910.30(a)(3)(i): The employer did not train each employee in the nature of the fall hazards in the work area and how to recognize them. a) On or about 08/13/2021 and at times prior to, at the storage area of the Hobby Lobby store, employees accessed racking at heights of approximately 8 feet without any means of fall protection. Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 8 feet as a result.
