29 CFR 1910.141(b)(1)(i): Potable water shall be provided in all places of employment, for drinking, washing of the person, cooking, washing of foods, washing of cooking or eating utensils, washing of food preparation or processing premises, and personal service rooms. On or about August 25, 2021, at this worksite, an employee engaged in cable wire repair activities in an aerial bucket were not provided with water by the company.

29 CFR 1910.269(g)(2)(iv)(C)(1): (1) Each employee working from an aerial lift shall use a travel restraint system or a personal fall arrest system. On or about August 25, 2021, an employee worked in an aerial bucket performing repairs on cable wires. The employee was observed not wearing a safety harness during the work progress. This exposed the employee to fall hazards.
