The employer did not ensure that when wet processes are used, drainage is be maintained, and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats are provided. On or about August 26, 2021, at 3632 NW 16th Street, Lauderhill, Florida, were exposed to slip, trips and fall hazards: a. At the shipping and receiving areas due to ice being on the floor in front of the doorway. b. At the entryway of the receiving area due to an uncoiled water hose. c. Outside the building due to debris that was scattered alongside of the structure.
