29 CFR 1910.1000(a)(2):Employee(s) were exposed to an airborne concentration of 78.8 PPM of Carbon Monoxide listed in Table Z-1 in excess of the 8 hour Time Weighted Average concentration of 50 PPM Carbon Monoxide: 164 Galen Street, Watertown, MA On or about 8/25/21, employees conducting pressure washing in the parking garage were exposed to carbon monoxide. An employee was exposed to an 8 hour time weighted average of 78.8 PPM of carbon monoxide, greater than the permissible exposure limit of 50 PPM.
