29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a. In the basket of the JLG aerial lift, at the Cobblestone Village Shopping Center, at 340 Cobblestone Drive in Saint Augustine Florida: On or about August 27, 2021, the employer exposed two painter employees to a 21 feet fall hazard in that the employees were not provided harnesses and lanyards for fall protection.
