29 CFR 1926.501(b)(15):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. (a) On or about August 28, 2021 , the employer did not ensure that its employees were protected from fall hazards while working at heights greater than 6 feet. Employees of Sunrun, Inc. were exposed to fall hazards greater than 23 feet while installing solar panels on the roof of a residential building under construction without the benefit of fall protection systems. Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").

An employee of Sunrun, Inc. was exposed to fall hazards greater than 23 feet while installing solar panels on the roof of a residential building under construction without the benefit of fall protection systems. The employee had not been trained on fall protection hazards.
