29 CFR  1910.178(n)(8): Under all travel conditions the truck was not operated at a speed that would permit it to be brought to a stop in a safe manner:  (a) On or about 8/18/2021 - MBUSA Plant 1, stand up forklift operators were exposed to caught-between hazards when they maneuvered between the front bumper racks and rear bumper racks, because operators were not required to limit their speed so that the vehicle could be brought to a stop without hitting the stationary racks.
