29 CFR  1926.34(a):Building or structure exits were not so arranged and maintained as to provide free and unobstructed egress from all parts of the building or structure at all times when it was occupied.  On or about August 31, 2021 and times prior there to, the employer did not ensure that the second floor and roof working areas of the occupied structure had safe and unobstructed access while the building was occupied by workers.

29 CFR  1926.100(a):Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets.   On our about August 31, 2021 and times prior there to, the employer did not ensure an employee was wearing a protective helmet while working directly under another employee performing simultaneous framing job duties.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1): "Unprotected sides and edges." Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level shall be protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.   On or about August 31, 2021 and times prior there to, the employer did not ensure employees performing framing work were protected from falls up to approximately 12-feet to the lower level due to the workers not being protected by a personal fall arrest system
