29 CFR 1910.217(c)(1)(i): The employer did not provide and ensure the usage of point of operation guards or properly applied point of operation devices on every operation performed on mechanical power press(es). a) Worksite, 770-2 Broadway Avenue, Holbrook, NY 11741: On or about August 31, 2021, an employee operating a Adriance Machine Works power press that did not have a point of operation guard. Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.
