29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt shall be worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift.  a)  On or about 8/12/2021, at the See Her Shine store front , located on 15 South Main Street, in Pittsford, New York, the employer did not provide fall protection to employees working in the basket of an articulating boom aerial lift.  A harness with lanyard was not used to "tie off" to the boom basket and employee(s) were exposed to falling 12 feet to lower levels.  NO ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
