29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement: (a) Concrete Works of Colorado, Inc., Steele St. & E Ellsworth Ave., Denver, CO 80206: On and before August 31, 2021 the controlling employer did not ensure that subcontractor employees were protected from injury, in that subcontractor employees were working above un-capped vertical rebar at the jobsite. This condition exposed subcontractor employees to impalement hazards.
