29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement: (a) Garza Concrete Structures, Inc., Steele St. & E Ellsworth Ave., Denver, CO 80206: On and before August 31, 2021 the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that employees worked above un-capped vertical rebar at the jobsite. This condition exposed employees to impalement hazards.
