29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift. On or about September 01, 2021, an employee who was driving an telescopic boom around a commercial building to setup and finish window installation was not wearing a body belt with a lanyard to secure himself to the boom or basket. This condition exposed employee to fall hazards.
