29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person. (a) 100, 102 and 104 Waterfront Alley, Eatonton, Ga; On or about August 24, 2021, the employer did not conduct frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite so as to eliminate hazards, including fall hazards, that subcontracted employees were exposed to.
