29 CFR 1910.141(a)(4)(ii):Sweepings, solid wastes, and garbage were not removed as often as necessary to maintain the place of employment in a sanitary condition: a) Men's Restroom near the Dock Floor; On or about September 1, 2021 and at times prior, employees were exposed to bacterial and viral hazards, in that the floor in front of the sinks and the area around the toilets in the stalls contained used paper towels, toilet seat covers and toilet tissue.
