29 CFR  1910.22(a)(3): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces are maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice.  a) The Yenkin-Majestic Paint Corporation DBA OPC Polymers  located at 1920 Leonard Ave. Columbus, OH 43219:  On and preceding September 2, 2021, the employer did not ensure that the walking surface through the guard shack and on a raised platform in the shack was kept dry and free of dry rotted loose boards.   The guard shack was used as an employee entrance and occupied by security officers at computer station that sat on the raised platform.  The following condition exposed employees to slips and trips on the walking surface.
