29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  (a) New View Construction, 1083 Anker Drive, Erie, CO 80516: On August 30, 2021 the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that three employees sheeting on the second level worked near the edge of the building without utilizing a fall protection system.  This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet to the basement.   (b) New View Construction, 1083 Anker Drive, Erie, CO 80516: On August 30, 2021 the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that three employees sheeting on the second level worked near the edge of the building without utilizing a fall protection system.  This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet to the first level.   (c) New View Construction, 1083 Anker Drive, Erie, CO 80516: On August 30, 2021 the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that three employees sheeting on the second level worked near the edge of the building without utilizing a fall protection system.  An employee fell approximately 20 feet to the basement. This condition resulted in the employee sustaining a fractured neck, and a fractured wrist.
