29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) On or about 9/1/21 at a project located at Target Store, 4920 Transit Road, Depew, New York; an employee was using a boom lift to access work areas while painting light frames in the parking lot. The employee in the lift did not have a harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
