A) At the number 1 Scavenge Baghouse, located at 142 McPherson Drive, Hazlehurst, GA. on or about September 2, 2021, and or times prior to, employees routinely walk in the area where the deflagration exhaust vents are located, thereby exposing employees to explosion and fire hazards.     Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable means of abatement would be to install deflector plates that vented to a safe location.
