29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3): Training program content. Powered industrial truck operators shall receive initial training in the following topics, except in topics which the employer can demonstrate are not applicable to safe operation of the truck in the employer's workplace. On or about August 26, 2021, the employer did not ensure employees who operate the Linde (Model: E25PL, S/N: H2X387C00585) forklift completed a formal training program exposing employees in the Crating Department and Loading Dock Areas to struck-by and crushing hazards.
