(a) On or about 09/02/2021 - Evergreen Linen Solution, 402 Blue Bell Rd, Oneonta, AL,  35121, in the laundry processing area employees transferring laundry  from the manual press (press#2) to the conveyor were exposed to slip and fall hazards from standing in soapy water  because the employer did not ensure that the water drained properly or that slip resistant mats were provided.
