29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a) Jobsite located at 107 Callowhill St. Philadelphia PA: The employer did not ensure that employees engaged in framing activities were utilizing fall protection system. Employees were working approximately 40 feet above the ground level, exposing them to fall hazards.  Condition noted on or about September 2, 2021.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(14): Each employee working on, at, above, or near wall openings (including those with chutes attached), where the outside bottom edge of the wall opening was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels and the inside bottom edge of the wall opening is less than 39 inches (1.0 M) above the walking/working surface, is not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system:  (a) Jobsite located at 107 Callowhill St. Philadelphia PA: The employer did not ensure that employees engaged in framing activities utilized fall protection system. Employees were exposed to fall hazards while working near a wall opening approximately 32 feet above the ground level.  Condition noted on or about September 2, 2021.
