29 CFR 1926.100(a):Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets: A). On or about 09/07/2021, at the site of 111-25 202nd Street. Saint Albans, NY Employees working on the ground were in danger of head injury from falling objects such as, but not limited to tools and materials from other employees who on the pitch roof throwing them down. Protective helmets were not worn.
