29 CFR 1910.107(b)(9):A clear space of not less than 3 feet on all sides was not kept free from storage or combustible construction: a) North Spray Booth: On or about September 7, 2021 and at times prior, employees were exposed to fire hazards when flammable materials and tools were stored in direct proximity to the Spray Booth wall and ceiling while employees are working in and around the Spray Booth. b) East Spray Booth: On or about September 7, 2021 and at times prior, employees were exposed to fire hazards when flammable materials and tools were stored in direct proximity to the Spray Booth wall while employees are working in and around the Spray Booth.
