29 CFR 1910.179(g)(1)(v):Pendant control box(es) were not constructed to prevent electrical shock: a) Jobsite located at 139 Modena Road Coatesville, PA. Refractory Building- West jib crane platform - Employees were exposed to electrical hazards while operating a metal pendant control box that had a loose live wire and was not grounded. Condition was noted to have occurred on or about September 3, 2021.
