29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of this section: a) Lot 80 Kayla Lane Townsend, De 19734: On or about September 8, 2021, the employer failed to ensure employees conducting framing work on a new construction property while being unprotected in all directions, approximately 20 feet above grade, were provided adequate fall protection.
