29 CFR 1910.30(a)(1): Before any employee is exposed to a fall hazard, the employer did not provide training for each employee who uses personal fall protection systems or who is required to be trained as specified elsewhere in this subpart: a) 99 E State St, Gloversville, NY. On or about September 7, 2021, two employees pressure washing the facility from a lower level roof were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 25 feet. Employees were not provided training to identify fall hazards and the corrective actions necessary to abate these hazards.
