Emergency eye wash and emergency shower were not available and operational in the immediate area when TSG Water Resources employees used and/or handled corrosive products such as Aqua Guard Chlorinating Sanitizer chemical during reverse osmosis water treatment operations. NOTE: Certification of abatement must be submitted for this citation item as required by 29 CFR 1903.19(c).

Employees exposed to fire hazards while performing housekeeping and water treatment operations were within the premises of flammable and combustible materials, sulfuric acid and chlorine sanitizers with no fire extinguishers available or provided in case of a sudden fire.
