29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(i): Places of employment were not kept clean to the extent that the nature of the work allowed: a) Transportation Security Administration located at 2 International Plaza, Suite 640, Philadelphia, PA 19113: On or about September 10, 2021, the employer did not keep the Suite 640 LAN room clean and allowed visible microbial growth to accumulate on the air handling unit and adjacent wall. Employees access the area periodically for IT support services.
