29 CFR 1910.502(f)(2)(i): The employer did not provide a respirator to each employee who had exposure to a person with suspected or confirmed COVID-19 in accordance with 29 CFR � 1910.134: On or about September 13, 2021, the employer did not ensure that employees required to utilize N95 respirators due to positive staff and resident cases of COVID-19 used the respirators in accordance with 1910.134 in that employees were offered and selected more than one model of respirators, but were only fit tested on one model.
