On or about September 02, 2021 at 6 Shaws Cove, New London, CT job site: The employer did not protect each employee from falling through holes (Skylights) on walking/working surfaces.  The skylight opening was 49 inches by 78 inches.  Employees were not protected by a standard  guardrail, cover, or fall arrest system. The unprotected  skylight opening exposed employees to an elevated fall hazard of approximately 9 feet.
