29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee was using eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles. On or about September 14, 2021 employees using pneumatic nail guns were not provided with safety glasses, exposing employees to an eye injury. Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).

Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
