29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee was using eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles.  On or about September 14, 2021 employees using pneumatic nail guns were not provided with safety glasses, exposing employees to an eye injury.  Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  On or about September 14, 2021 employees were not protected from a fall while framing a residential home, exposing the employees to a fall of 12 feet.  Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
