29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): Walking-working surfaces were not inspected, regularly and as necessary, and maintained in a safe condition: a) Production Area - On September 8, 2021, the employer did not ensure that the floor was maintained in a safe condition, as there were two air line hoses on the floor, across the aisle near Press Machine #24, that created a tripping hazard. b) Production Area - On September 8, 2021, the employer did not ensure that the floor was maintained in a safe condition, as there was an electrical cord on the floor across the aisle from Press Machine #25, that created a tripping hazard. c) Production Area - On September 8, 2021, the employer did not ensure that the floor was maintained in a safe condition, as there was an airline hose on the floor across the aisle near Mold Machine #19, that created a tripping hazard.
