The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards. This was most recently documented on or about September 17th in Omaha, Nebraska. Three employees were observed working on a residential structure conducting roofing operations. The exposed employees were standing on top of a roof of a residential structure at heights over 6 feet- No fall protection was being utilized.
