(a) On or about September 16, 2021, eight (8) plastic spray bottles in the production area containing FREKOTE� Rel-Eaze were not labeled, marked, or tagged with the product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof and was to be used as needed until empty by any employee creating foam products.   (b) On or about September 16, 2021, one (1) plastic spray bottle in the production area containing an unknown compound, most likely Chem-Trend PU-11025 as identified by employees, was not labeled, marked, or tagged with the product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof and were to be used as needed until empty by any employee creating foam products.  (c) On or about September 16, 2021, one (1) plastic gallon jug on a workbench in the production area containing an unknown yellow compound, later claimed to be Poly B by employee, was not labeled, marked, or tagged with the product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof.    (d) On or about September 16, 2021, ten (10) 500mL plastic squeeze bottles in the production area containing silicone solution or water were not labeled, marked, or tagged with the product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof and were to be used as needed until empty by any employee creating foam products.  (e) On or about September 16, 2021, one (1) plastic gallon jug in the production area containing a silicone solution was incorrectly labeled, marked, or tagged with the product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof such that the labelling on the front exterior indicated that the content was FREKOTE� Rel-Eaze, but a mark on the back stated that it was silicone.  (f) On or about September 16, 2021, forty (40) plastic buckets of varying sizes stored in the warehouse area, contained polyol-based paint mixtures that were either improperly or not labeled, marked, or tagged with the product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof.
