29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a) Second Floor - Employees were preparing the second floor for exterior wood framed walls where fall protection was not provided and employees were exposed to a 13 foot fall hazard, on or about 09/16/2021.  In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).  For the purpose of this inspection, this employer was determined to be the controlling and correcting employer on the job site.
