29 CFR OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees from hazards associated with struck by hazards: a) On or about 09/15/2021, and at times prior to, employees were exposed to struck by hazards from damaged racks. The employer failed to unload, replace or repair damaged racks. The following racks were damaged: Multiple posts in aisles A-H. b) On or about 09/15/2021, and at times prior to, employees were exposed to struck by hazards from a racking post that was missing a bolt in aisle H.
