29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) Worksite: 1) When employees were conducting residential construction activities from an aerial lift, an employee stepped out of the basket of the lift without wearing fall protection. At that time he was exposed to a fall in excess of 10 feet to the ground below. 2) A worker conducting construction activities, while standing on a slide guard nailed to the roof of an unfinished porch, was not using fall protection to guard against a fall to the ground below.
