Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).

29 CFR 1926.452(j)(2):Poles were not secured to the structure by rigid triangular bracing or equivalent at the bottom, top, and other points as necessary. a) On or about September 21, 2021, at the previously addressed job site, the poles used for the supported scaffold were not secured to the single family home by bracing or equivalent at the bottom and top. The poles only had bracing at the top. Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
