29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a)Raul Reyes Carranza at 1513 Circleside Creek in Brandon, SD 57007: On or about and at times prior to September 21, 2021 the employer did not ensure employees were protected from fall hazards in that employees performing roofing work between 9-13 feet above a lower level were not protected from falls. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
