29 CFR  1926.20(b)(4):The employer failed to permit only those employees qualified by training or experience to operate equipment and machinery:  Potranco Road and Arcadia Ridge, San Antonio, TX: On or about September 21, 2021, and at times prior thereto, workers were exposed to fall hazards while unloading roofing materials from an extended JCB Telehandler near an unprotected roof edge without ensuring workers were trained to operate the equipment.
