29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above the lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. Location - 47 Prospect Street, Arlington, MA. On or about September 22, 2021, three employees were walking/working on a residential roof greater than sixteen feet above lower level with no fall protection. The J & J Construction Pro Services Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1510867, citation number 1, item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on 10/13/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 74 Arlington Rd, Woburn, MA.
