29 CFR 1926.552(a)(4):29 CFR 1926.552(a)(4): Hoisting ropes were not installed in accordance with the wire rope manufacturers' recommendations. Residential site 3264 Kittery Dr., Snellville GA, On or about July 23, 2021, employees were exposed to struck by hazards when utilizing a TranzSporter materials ladder hoist to raise roofing materials to the roof. The ladder hoist's wire rope was replaced with a white synthetic rope instead of original manufactured parts as recommended by the manufacturer.
