Employees Breakroom: The designated emergency exit door was locked from the inside. Employees were exposed to hazards fire. The U. S. Employees were exposed to entrapment hazards. 1- Employees Breakroom: The designated exit door was blocked from the outside by parked employee's vehicle. 2- Large Conference room: The designated exit door was blocked from the outside by parked employee's vehicle.
