29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): On or about September 22, 2021, employees working in the southwest area of a construction site were exposed to a struck-by hazard while operating a SANY concrete pump truck whose outriggers were placed on cribbing that was not inspected frequently by a competent person.
