On or about 09/20/2021, employees were exposed to struck-by, cut-by, and crushing hazards while working in proximity to and moving porcelain slabs weighing approximately 140lbs. The porcelain slabs were stored on A-frame racks that were placed on an unlevel parking lot surface. Employees working within the fall shadow of the porcelain slabs were exposed to struck-by, cut-by, and crushing injuries when the slabs shifted and tipped over. .  b. 140 Harrison Avenue, Roseland, NJ. On or about 09/20/2021, employees were exposed to struck-by, cut-by, and crushing hazards while working in proximity to and moving porcelain slabs weighing approximately 140lbs. The porcelain slabs were stored on A-frame racks that were not designed to prevent the slabs from shifting, sliding, or collapsing. Employees working within the fall shadow of the porcelain slabs were exposed to struck-by, cut-by, and crushing injuries when the slabs shifted and tipped over.
