29 CFR  1910.502(f)(2)(i): The employer failed to provide a respirator to each employee who had exposure to a person with suspected or confirmed COVID-19 in accordance with 29 CFR � 1910.134.   a) On or about September 1, 2021, the employer did not provide a respirator to each employee who had exposure to a person with suspected or confirmed COVID-19 in accordance with 29 CFR � 1910.134.  b) On or about September 4, 2021, the employer provided N95 filtering facepieces, but did not do so in accordance with 29 CFR � 1910.134 in that the employees were not medically evaluated or fit tested.
